In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bg252" means the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://bg252.io, operated by the bg252 brand and its associated entities.
• "Platform" means the bg252 website, mobile-optimised site, and any related applications or services provided by bg252.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered a bg252 account and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the bg252 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Credits" means any promotional funds, free bet amounts, or wagering credits awarded by bg252 under a specific promotional offer, which are subject to additional wagering conditions.
• "Stake" means the real-money or bonus-credit amount placed by a Player on any bet, game round, or other wagering event available on the Platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and stakes are denominated on the bg252 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied to all Players before full account functionality is unlocked.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Players through their Account settings.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to "writing" includes electronic communications where appropriate.

2.1 Age Requirement

The bg252 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. bg252 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified to bg252's satisfaction.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdiction

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bg252 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside Bangladesh, and Players accessing the Platform from other jurisdictions do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details, device, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bg252 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balance or winnings associated with them.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bg252 may, at any time, request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before real-money deposits, withdrawals, or full betting features are accessible. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age and identity verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. bg252 processes KYC documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. bg252 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused on other websites or services.
• Enable any two-factor authentication (2FA) or OTP verification features available on the Platform.
• Never share your Account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify bg252 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

bg252 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials. bg252 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious access patterns are detected.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bg252 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and may vary based on Account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to a Player's Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to be reflected. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval by bg252's payments team, subject to KYC clearance and any applicable pending wagering requirements.

4.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. bg252 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, and to delay withdrawals pending completion of enhanced due-diligence checks.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bg252 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any funds received from a third-party source will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bg252 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Credits will be held separately from real-money Balance and cannot be withdrawn.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Credits remain active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet or game round is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit during bonus play may be voided at bg252's discretion.

5.4 Abuse of Promotions

Any Player found to be abusing promotions — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, using automated betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other Players — will forfeit all associated Bonus Credits and winnings, and the Account may be permanently closed.

5.5 Expiry

All Bonus Credits carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as specified in the individual promotion. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Credits and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without notice. bg252 is not obligated to remind Players of expiring bonuses.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

bg252 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. A bet is only accepted once a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player. Bets placed on markets that subsequently become void due to event cancellation, technical error, or data feed failure will be refunded at the original stake amount.

6.2 Cricket Sportsbook

For cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Test series, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — official results as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI) will be used for settlement. In-play bets accepted after an event's official outcome has been determined will be voided. bg252 shall not be responsible for any losses arising from reliance on third-party score feeds.

6.3 Live Casino

Live casino games are supplied by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. bg252 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.4 Slots & RNG Games

All slots and random number generator (RNG) games on the bg252 Platform are certified for fairness by the respective game provider. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. bg252 does not manipulate RNG outcomes and has no ability to do so, as all game logic resides on the provider's certified servers.

6.5 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing error, bg252 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund stakes at its discretion. No claim may be made against bg252 for winnings derived from a clearly erroneous price or malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bg252 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through a nominee.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using stolen payment credentials or funds obtained through illegal means to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any multiplayer game or betting market to manipulate outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from bg252.
• Attempting to manipulate any sports event or game outcome on which bets have been or may be placed.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bg252 staff, support agents, or other Players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure.

bg252 is firmly committed to the promotion of safe and responsible gaming. The Platform provides all registered Players with a suite of tools designed to support healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe gambling is having a negative impact on their life may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded Players will be prevented from accessing any real-money features and will not receive any promotional communications.

All content on the bg252 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of bg252 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bg252. Unauthorised use of bg252's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bg252 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings due to technical malfunction, service interruption, or data feed error.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses caused by reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the Platform.
• Indirect financial consequences of gambling activities conducted on the Platform.

bg252's total liability to any Player in connection with their Account and use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits bg252's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bg252 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC and anti-money-laundering compliance, transaction processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. bg252 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with KYC verification service providers, payment processors, and game suppliers only to the extent necessary to deliver Platform services.

12.1 Amendments

bg252 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting bg252 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Termination by bg252

bg252 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) bg252 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) bg252 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion. Upon termination for breach, bg252 may retain the Account Balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any bet or game conducted thereon shall first be referred to bg252's customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be achieved through the support process, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration.

Players are reminded that it is their responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction before accessing the Platform. bg252 makes no warranty as to the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.
